Ai o problema si nu stii cui sa te adresezi? Vezi aici!

Daca problema ta se refera la joc (nu te poti loga, ai luat ban, ai depistat un bug, ORICE problema DIN JOC) singura care te poate ajuta e ECHIPA JOCULUI.

Trial Game Operatorul/Game Operatorul/Administratorul trebuie contactat doar prin mijloace sigure (PM, mail, IRC) pentru a se asigura confidentialitatea datelor de logare.
Va rugam sa respectati ierarhia TGO => GO => SGO =>GA.


In cazul in care problema ta vizeaza forumul (probleme in profil; inchideri si deschideri de topicuri; plangeri asupra unui tmod, mod, smod, user; orice fel de reclamatii la topicuri intalnite pe forum, avertismente luate pe nedrept, banuri pe forum, etc..) trebuie sa apelezi la ECHIPA FORUMULUI.

Daca te simti avertizat pe nedrept, prima data contacteaza Trial Moderatorul/Moderatorul care ti-a dat avertismentul. Apoi trebuie sa contactezi Super-Moderatorul. In cazuri extreme ai dreptul de a vorbi cu Board Adminul. Ultimul cuvant il au Board Administratorii respectiv Team Managerul.




Echipa Tanoth isi rezerva dreptul de a modifica regulamentul in functie de necesitati.
